My name is Mark Ellis and I am the owner of Epic Appraisal. I am a FHA and VA approved appraiser, specializing in residential homes in Thurston, Pierce, and Lewis counties. I have been appraising since 2005 and I absolutely love what I do. I believe that my attention to detail, high integrity, and my desire to surpass my clients expectations, have made me successful in this industry.

My name is Travis Ellingson and I have been appraising since 2013. I am a certified residential appraiser who specializes in appraising residential homes in Thurston, Lewis, and Pierce counties. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Evergreen State College. Being an appraiser keeps me very busy, but I enjoy every moment of it!

My name is Evann. I am a certified residential appraiser and approved FHA appraiser working in Pierce, Kitsap, Thurston, and King counties. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Minor in International Finance. I am a third generation appraiser and love to keep the family tradition alive!

My name is Jesse Hayes and I am a residential appraiser. I love working in the fast-paced real estate world and am also the owner of a real estate media company. I joined the Epic team in 2021 and am grateful to be working with an amazing team, serving Thurston county and surrounding areas.
